2. Platform Access & Licensing

• Individual access is licensed to the individual user only.
• Team and organizational licenses must be arranged through our licensing program and may not be shared beyond the licensed group.
• Free-tier access is limited to select modules and does not include team features, manager dashboards, or organizational reporting.
• All content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

3. User Submissions

The platform includes interactive exercises where you submit work artifacts, responses, and files. You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display (within your team and organization), and use your submissions for platform functionality (such as the team feed, manager dashboards, and completion tracking).

We will not share your submissions outside your organization without your consent, except in anonymized or aggregated form for product improvement.

4. Payment & Refunds

• All purchases are processed securely via Stripe.
• Individual purchases include a 30-day refund policy as outlined on the product page.
• Team and enterprise licenses are non-refundable once access is granted, due to the customized setup and delivery process. Refunds or adjustments for licensed programs are considered only at our discretion.

5. Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your magic link or login credentials with others. Each account is tied to an individual user within an organization.

6. Modifications

Our training and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance results, or financial gains.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonswell Marketing LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or materials — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.
